Hyperhidrosis, also known as excessive sweating, is not exactly uncommon illness. But no two cases are alike, and there are dozens of possible causes. Excessive weight, hormonal fluctuations, anxiety, depression, anger, diabetes, alcohol abuse, menopause and many more. Some of these causes are genetic, and there is not much you can do about them.
I will tell you a little bit about my experience with this illness and how I was trying to treat it. How I was searching for the most effective hyperhidrosis natural treatment and what finally worked for me. I hope I won’t bore you to death, though.
Ever since I can remember, I was suffering from excessive sweating. It wasn’t just palms, but my underarms as well. I admit that as a child I didn’t care too much about it. Yes, my schoolmates made fun of me here and there, but it wasn’t anything serious, I wasn’t bullied or anything. I visited a doctor with my parents a few times; I received medication, but I felt more like a laboratory mouse honestly. None of the medication worked, plus there were some side effects as well, mostly skin redness and later on acne.
As I grew older, it became worse. High school wasn’t fun at all, and I had to learn how to live with my condition. I wore only black clothes because you can’t see the sweat on those so much. I was all black, so I could as well be a goth teenager. I am 26 now, and a few months ago I decided to find a way how to get rid of hyperhidrosis. I had tried many remedies that I found online, and that’s the reason I am writing this article, so you don’t have to go through the same ordeal as I did. Plus I will save you some time as well.
Yes and the reason why I decided to go the natural way is quite obvious I believe. I had a bad experience in the past with conventional treatments and to put it bluntly – they didn’t do crap. So I thought that going natural may be the best choice. Well, let’s cut this short, here is my experience.
Tested Home Remedies For Hyperhidrosis
Apple Cider Vinegar
So this was my very first choice. I read that you should massage your palms or other affected areas with apple cider vinegar. I washed my hands with cold water and let them dry out. Then I applied the cider vinegar and slowly massaged it into my palms until my skin absorbed it completely. I did the same with my underarms, but I used the cotton ball to apply it.
Another thing I tried was to mix the cider vinegar with regular vinegar in the 1:1 ratio and drink the mixture on an empty stomach every morning. I really do not recommend doing this. It tastes like crap, and it will make you sick.
It took me almost 3 weeks to realize, that this method is not going to work. There wasn’t even slightest improvement, plus the vinegar isn’t the best smelling thing in the world either. So I moved on to another method.
This method looked easy enough. What you have to do is to put some potato slices under your arms when you dry yourself after the shower. Potatoes are supposed to prevent the sweat glands from producing too much sweat. Before going out, you can also rub some fresh potato slices in the affected area for a quick relief. Well, I tried both and I have to say that it took me maybe 15 minutes longer until I started sweating. So there was some slight improvement I suppose, but nothing really worth the time. Next!
This looked easy enough as well. Sage tea is supposed to have a positive impact on sweating, especially in the underarms due to magnesium and vitamin B. You can alternatively use green tea if sage is hard to come by. I had been drinking sage tea for 2 weeks, and I admit that there was some slight improvement. It was nothing significant really, but I was glad to see something at least partially working. Plus, my skin redness improved slightly as well, which is a really nice side effect. To this day, I drink a cup of sage tea in the morning.
Okay, this is where stuff got a little bit weird. This is not exactly a hyperhidrosis natural treatment, but more of a temporary fix. But it was quite handy a few times. Always carry a small bottle of cornstarch with you. You can perfume it slightly if you want. And when you feel that you are sweating, run to the first bathroom and wipe the area with a tissue. Then dust the area with cornstarch and wait until it dries and then apply another coat to seal the area. This really worked great as a life saver, and I still carry the cornstarch powder with me at all times.
Tea Tree Oil
Another one from the many home remedies for hyperhidrosis was tea tree oil. I was slowly getting skeptical about my entire search, but I decided to continue. Tea tree has astringent properties, which work as an antiperspirant. I applied the oil to my problematic areas, but nothing much happened. I had been trying it for over 2 weeks, and I didn’t really see any progress.
One of the last remedies I tried was salt. Simple. It has great absorption and drying properties. However, remember to use salt crystals, rather than powder. I took a handful of salt crystals, rubbed them on my affected areas and waited. I have to say that the effect was similar to that of cornstarch, but salt worked slightly worse. That’s why I still continue to use cornstarch as my last resort solution.
And the last hyperhidrosis natural treatment, at least that’s what I thought back then, was honey. Unlike most of the previous methods, this one is taken internally. I mixed 3 teaspoons of honey with 2 teaspoons of vinegar in a glass of warm water. I had been drinking the mixture twice a day, and I think you can already guess the effect. Yes, besides the fact that it tastes like crap, there was absolutely none.
So How to Get Rid of Hyperhidrosis?
Well as you can see, my research wasn’t exactly fruitful. However, there was one remedy that I hadn’t tried until that point. The main reason was that it was paid. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t expensive at all and I spent more money on these methods that I tried, than the price of the program is, but I just wasn’t comfortable enough. And I also thought that I can get rid of my problem with simple remedies. I was wrong. The treatment that I am talking about is called Sweat Miracle.
I admit that I was skeptical. I did a lot of research, came across many reviews and testimonials and most of them were positive to my surprise. But I still wasn’t completely convinced. What made me click the order button in the end was the money-back guarantee. Sweat Miracle comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, so if you won’t like it or won’t be satisfied with it, you can always get your money back. No risk involved.
Oh and before I continue, there is one important thing. During my research, I came across a few shady websites. These websites are full of misleading information and reviews. Plus, they sell copies of the program for twice its regular cost. So if you don’t want to get ripped off, please, purchase the program from the official website only.

Sweat Miracle offers a lot of information. The entire five-step method was designed to improve or completely reverse your hyperhidrosis problem in 30 days. In my case, it was longer and yes, it will most likely be longer in your case as well. There probably are people with a the mild condition who managed to fix it within 30 days, but you shouldn’t count on it. However, you will see improvements much sooner already.
The ebook also contains a seven-day plan to kill harmful parasites in your body and explains why is hyperhidrosis actually sign of a more dangerous problem in your organism. The program uses a holistic approach. That means that it targets the root cause of the problem and doesn’t work merely like a temporary fix. The fact is that there is something really wrong in the body of every hyperhidrosis sufferer.
Furthermore, ebook talks about the role of sleep disorders, anxiety and stress and why is it important to eliminate them. The connection between parasites and sweating, the powerful techniques that work especially well for people who sweat because of stress. Slight lifestyle changes to improve the condition. How to manage irritation of the skin caused by sweat, breathing exercises for regulation of sweating. And reasons why various low sugar diets and detoxification programs won’t help you to improve your illness. Those are just some of the things discussed in the book.
Sweat Miracle also comes with a few bonuses. 6 bonus ebooks, lifetime updates of the program and 3 months of one-on-one email counseling and support. I have to also mention, that Sweat Miracle is a digital program, and it doesn’t come in the hard copy whatsoever. Don’t be disappointed, however, because this is actually a huge plus. You can download the ebook immediately after the purchase and don’t have to wait or pay anything extra for shipping.
After my experience with various treatments, I didn’t expect much from Sweat Miracle. I was skeptical, but I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised when my hyperhidrosis problem started to slowly improve. I had to do some small changes in my lifestyle, but it was nothing serious or terrible. Plus without dedication there won’t be any improvement.
It has been a few months now, and my problem is almost completely gone. I still sweat a little bit here and there, especially when I am in stressful situations, but it’s absolutely nothing compared to how I used to sweat. I suppose that my problem may be indeed completely gone, but I have no idea how normal people sweat so I can’t really say. But I am so glad that I gave this program a try. After so many years of struggling and my catastrophic research of home remedies for hyperhidrosis, I finally found something working.
Don’t be afraid, it’s really worth a try. It comes with a money-back guarantee, and you have nothing to lose at all. It worked for me, and I am sure that it will work for you as well. You will at least see some improvement, of that I am sure. So if you want to give Sweat Miracle a try or if you want to know a bit more first, then there is a link below the article, which will take you to the official website.
